ABOUT ME

GET IN TOUCH

MSW, RSW
PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

Throughout my own experience seeking support, I found myself often diminishing the severity of my concerns which resulted in me feeling isolated and continuing to struggle with my mental health.

That’s why my practice aims to create a sense of community. This supports my clients to feel cocooned in a safe space that allows them to compassionately process their experiences, gain a new outlook on life, and restore agency to them when things feel not in their control.

songs that resonate with me:

Water-colouring, brain dumps, long walks, talking out loud to myself,
re-organizing a space, watching The Golden Girls.

A carpenter (inspired by my grandfather, a true artisan).

I am wildly nostalgic, I like to rate how good it smells outside (petrichor is a 10/10), I have an insatiable need to reference songs when I speak.
